Grace International
exists to facilitate and nurture meaningful relationships among
ministerial members, and to engage and equip them to become more
effective in the evangelism to every tribe of every nation.
Our
values shape the entire organization, determine our direction, and
dictate our decisions and behavior. They guide how and where we invest
our resources – time, emotions, physically and financially. Without
being listed in a particular order of importance, each of these values
forms a part of how we envision ourselves.
Prayer
Prayer is the foundation of all we do. It serves as the fuel for our
lives and ministries.
Global Vision
We believe that the most effective evangelism happens through people
inviting people. We have a worldwide calling and are committed to
sharing the great news of Jesus. Our desire is to nurture a passion to
build the body of Christ in every culture, nation and people group
throughout the world.
Relationships
We all have a need to be a part of something greater than ourselves.
Through membership, we develop healthy and life-long relationships that
become a source of strength and resource in time of need.
Autonomy
We allow each church to be self-governing, self-supporting and
self-propagating.
Covering
We provide the needed spiritual and moral covering for our members. We
emphasize teaching to guide, instruct and encourage.
Flexibility
We will constantly evaluate our forms and methods, seeking cultural
relevance and maximum ministry effectiveness.
Integrity
We emphasize character more than charisma, as well as godliness more
than giftedness. Our journey is to become more like Jesus. By God's
grace, we seek to be authentic and humble in everything we set our hand
and mind to do.
Ministry Excellence
Since God gave His very best (His Son), we seek to bring honor and glory
to Him by maintaining a high standard of excellence in all of our
ministries and activities.
Leadership
We intentionally develop and empower leaders to multiply ministry.
Leaders lead by serving and serve by leading. Godly leadership is to
positively influence people towards His purpose.
